Maelyn's First Haircut

Maelyn has never had her hair cut. She has always had super fine hair and it's so bouncy and curly, that it never needed to be trimmed. But recently the baby curls were getting too scraggly and she was actually asking to get a haircut. So we headed out last week to get it done. It was truly a family affair and she loved every minute of it. She got to sit in a purple jeep while watching Barbie on TV. She sat super still while the girl was snipping away and enjoyed a sucker when she was done. The girl braided a pretty braid afterwards and Maelyn has me do the same almost everyday now! Afterwards with her sucker and braid. Her curls are still there after losing a few inches.
