Branson Family Vacation

In June we took a family vacation to Branson.  With 4 families, 9 grandkids, Silver Dollar City, shows, and a lot of rain it was a busy couple of days for us.
Day 1 at SDC was pouring rain.  97 cent ponchos came in handy from Walmart.  Caught a few shows that day to escape the soggy outdoors.  Here the kids are enjoying a snack at the Aerial Trampoline show.

Maelyn was obsessed with the map of SDC.  She for sure gets that trait from her Dad, she knew exactly where each rollercoaster was in the park.

Tristyn hates roller coasters so this small one was just her "speed".  She rode with Nana behind Maelyn and I but she wouldn't lift up her hands.

Maelyn was chosen to go up on stage at the magic show.  She did an excellent job as an "assistant".  But almost had a heart attack when the magician cut his real assistant (in red) in half.

Tristyn and the magician.  Is she tall or is he short?

Ever since riding Powder Keg last year on vacation, Maelyn has been eager to re-visit that thrill.  She got her wish after much waiting and rain...you can barely see her but they are about ready to be blown forward at the beginning of the ride.

Day 2 at SDC was much drier, warmer and busier.  Here is a group picture of my family.

Our Kaeb family.

Rylen and Troy on the rapids river ride.

Shooting water guns on the boat ride.  They were soaking wet coming off.

Goofing around in the cutouts.

Shutting down the park!
