Crown Center

For Tristyn's birthday we decided to take a trip to Crown Center and do some ice skating. After lacing up our skates, we hit the ice right after the Zamboni had cleared the way. Troy had to basically skate while holding Maelyn b/c she couldn't hold her own wieght and stay on her feet. She loved it and hated taking breaks, but Dad was getting exhausted and Mom was no help at all. Tristyn did great after her initial anxiety about falling down and getting wet. She was able to skate and move around on her own. We were really proud of her ability. Afterwards we headed to eat some lunch and Maelyn made Daddy ride up and down the escalators 4 times. Then he lost his lunch...just kidding, but almost. He was feeling pretty awful and dizzy. We had a wonderful time and the weather couldn't have been better.
