Furniture Setback

Our bedroom re-assignment project has been setback approx. 2 weeks. After finding a flaw in the new furniture that was delivered, we have proceeded with an exchange, only it's not available for another two weeks. In the meantime, they left the partially assembled bedroom furniture behind. So now we have two dissapointed girls, two chaotic bedrooms, a frazzled & unorganized mommy, no bed, one crib and a partridge in a peartree. Thankfully there was nothing wrong with our mattresses, so the girls may be camping out in the guest/Maelyn's/clutter-catch room until the new bed arrives. As the OCD dragon was about to rear it's ugly head this morning, my wonderful husband urged me to switch gears and think about all we have to be grateful for, even in this frustrating process. So I packed up Maelyn and headed to the library for storytime, enjoyed a visit with old friends outside in the lovely 75 degree weather and spent the afternoon in overwhelming gratitude to God for all the blessings we've received. Then I organized the coat closet, which gave me great satisfaction after the bedrooms being in such shambles!
